Sustainable Cambodia works with villagers in rural parts of the country to develop programs that are founded with commitment and involvement from the community. As such, Sustainable Cambodia helps create a lasting self-sufficiency, ownership, and responsibility among their beneficiaries.
Some of the specific areas recently funded by The Gloria Dei foundation include agricultural training through Pass-On Animals and providing cash crop loans, trianing for Self-Help Groups, which are part of the local Village Development Committees, and educational support through the construction of a local pre-school and anticipated training of teachers.
